Crisis fiscal en Costa Rica: La culpa no fue de la pandemia

Abstract

Definitivamente la crisis financiera de Costa Rica no la provocó el coronavirus, la pandemia simplemente fue el detonante que materializó de manera exponencial las debilidades fiscales que venían heredándose desde décadas atrás, hasta el punto de generar un contexto tan crítico como el que hemos vivido hasta el día de hoy.

The financial crisis in Costa Rica was definitely not caused by the coronavirus, the pandemic was simply the trigger that exponentially materialized the fiscal weaknesses that had been inherited for decades, to the point of creating a context as critical as the one we have lived to this day.
