Automatización del Proceso Presupuestario para apoyar la Toma de Decisiones del Instituto Nacional de Seguros

Abstract

El propósito del presente trabajo será el de analizar el proceso presupuestario del Instituto Nacional de Seguros, con el fin de diseñar e implementar una herramienta para apoyar este proceso. Esta herramienta se conocerá con el nombre Sistema Integrado de Presupuesto (SIP). El SIP será un sistema que facilitará la gestión del presupuesto del Instituto Nacional de Seguros, mediante la automatización de las etapas de formulación y ejecución del presupuesto, las cuales se integran en un mismo ambiente de trabajo. Todo esto tomando en cuenta las normas y procedimientos establecidos por los órganos fiscalizadores que invierten en este proceso y que se relacionan directamente con los objetivos de este trabajo.

The purpose of this work will be to analyze the budget process of the National Insurance Institute, in order to design and implement a tool to support this process. This tool will be known by the name Integrated Budget System (SIP). The SIP will be a system that will facilitate the management of the budget of the National Insurance Institute, by automating the budget formulation and execution stages, which are integrated into the same work environment. All this taking into account the rules and procedures established by the supervisory bodies that invest in this process and that are directly related to the objectives of this work.
