It analyzes the other insurrectional spectral narratives of subjectivity and practices of freedom in the resistance to the device of rape. As specific objectives, it examines the processes of agency of Costa Rican women survivors of rape and the meanings they give to their experiences of resistance and transformation, creates an intersubjective/collective space for the resignification of the participants' experiences of violence, reconceptualizes the subjectivity of women who resisted the device of rape from decolonial feminism and analyzes the personal/collective resources that accompany the processes of subjective transformation in women survivors. The general procedure of the work is divided into two parts, the first one consists of the investigation of rape as a political and social mechanism of power, while the second part focuses on the spectral narratives of patriarchal violence. Among the conclusions we can highlight that the device of rape articulates a long history of tensions, disputes, resistances and subversions and this must be understood in intersectional terms, given that sexism, racism, classism and heterosexuality, as well as other vectors of inequality operate differently in female bodies.
