Urge replantear nuestro Reglamento de Unidades Académicas

Abstract

Para quienes participamos del IV Congreso Universitario, es claro que ha existido un gran desconcierto entre lo que fue discutido y aprobado ahí y lo que ha sido la etapa de reglamentación y puesta en marcha del nuevo estatuto. Tal como dicen nuestros campesinos: “del dicho al hecho, hay mucho trecho”. Quiero referirme a la propuesta actual de Reglamento sobre Unidades Académicas, que actualmente se discute en el Consejo Académico (Consaca) y que, a mi parecer, significa un claro retroceso en lo académico.

For whom we participate of the IV University Congress, it is clear that there has been a great confusion between what was discussed and approved there and what has been the regulation and start-up stage of the new statute. Such as our peasants say: "From said to fact, there is much stretch". I want to refer to the current proposal of Regulation on Academic Units, currently being discussed in the Academic Council (Consaca) and that, in my opinion, means a clear setback in academic.
