dc.description.abstractLa investigación Detección de anticuerpos contra flavivirus a lo largo del tiempo en primates no humanos de vida libre de tierras bajas de Costa Rica, desarrollada por investigadores de la Escuela de Medicina Veterinaria de la Universidad Nacional (EMV-UNA), evidenció la presencia de flavivirus en monos desde 1993, año cuando el virus de dengue resurgió en humanos de Costa Rica; además, se dio un aumento en el número de animales positivos en un plazo de 20 años.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe research on the detection of antibodies against flavivirus over time in free-living non-human primates in the lowlands of Costa Rica, carried out by researchers from the School of Veterinary Medicine of the National University developed by researchers from the School of Veterinary Medicine of the National University of Costa Rica (EMV-UNA), showed the presence of flavivirus in monkeys since 1993, when the dengue virus resurfaced in humans in Costa Rica; in addition, there was an increase in the number of positive animals over a period of 20 years.es_ES
