Tolerancia y paz: un proyecto de todos

Abstract

Todas las personas que habitamos este planeta tenemos la responsabilidad y la obligación de educamos y educar a las generaciones venideras, para el desarrollo de una conciencia común que propicie la interdependencia y la sensibilidad hacia un ambiente sociocultural y natural más saludable y equitativo. Se requiere la aplicación de normas que, sin oprimir, permitan disfrutar plenamente de los derechos humanos. Se requiere de un cambio de acciones concretas y pasos definidos. Vivir es convivir yeso significa construir comunidad. Significa ser con otro; significa compartir la vida, cooperar y ser solidarios. A convivir, a tolerar y a fomentar paz se aprende, con el ejemplo, con los modelos y con la experiencia plena de aprender haciendo.

Each person that lives in this planet, has the responsibility and obligation of leaming and teaching future generations to develop a common conscience, that favors interdependence and sensibility towards a socio cultural environment that can be more natural, healthy and equitative. It requires the application of norms that, without being oppressive, allow enjoying fully human rights. Necessity asks for a change and concrete actions toward defined steps. Living is coexisting and so its meaning is upmost related to building community. Its concept implies being with another, sharing life, cooperation and a gesture of solidarity. Tolerance is taught and leamed, pea ce must be promoted, with examples, models and the full experience of leaming throughout practice.
