He de ser honesto con mis lectores para decirles que los economistas somos mejores contando la historia de lo sucedido que pronosticado el futuro, pero y a pesar de lo anterior, nos siguen preguntando y lo que es aún más grave, hasta nos creen nuestros poco acertados juicios de valor. Empero, “ceteris paribus” siempre nos ayuda a resolver la diferencia entre lo dicho y la realidad, es decir, nos sujetamos a suponer con cierta restricción lo que sucederá en determinado período.
