The goal of this paper is systematize the interconnection process of platforms for the dissemination of the university research management data. For this proposal some systems are implemented using the following software: CRIS, DSpace, VIVO and georeferencing (using Google Maps), according to the open science framework. Explains the importance of connection and the disclosure of data, for accountability, transparency, input of decision-making and traceability of the research, and the processes of how the interconnection of platforms took place. Finally, the university has a platform that allows the analysis of information regarding areas of research, indicators of research and publications, impacted geographic areas around research actions, which allows the traceability of all the above elements.
