    Project Mid-Term Progress Assessment Preliminary Report

    Two Latín American universities and a Canadian one are participating in a five-year (1999-2004) project funded under the University Partnerships in Co-operation and Development (UPCD) program by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). The project is focused on sustainable development and its main objective is to strengthen the institutional capacities of the concerned universities to become involved on a permanent basis in regional sustainable development (RSD) activitíes.
