Resumen
El presente proyecto permitirá conocer la posición en el mercado, esto, con respecto a la población de estudio, al igual que los segmentos, valorando estrategias fundamentales para incluir el producto al mercado.
La investigación posibilitará referir con una estructura de costos que se requerirán para una determinación de la inversión inicial, estableciendo escenarios sobre la viabilidad económica – financiera del proyecto.
Así mismo, se contempla un marco legal, esto posibilitará el desarrollo de la actividad bajo la legislación nacional del país. Se destaca que el desarrollo de la microempresa, implica el desarrollo de una estructura organizacional, entre otros detalles que se evaluarán en el transcurso de la elaboración del proyecto.
This project will allow to know the position in the market, this, with respect to the study population, as well as the segments, assessing fundamental strategies to include the product in the market. The research will make it possible to refer to a cost structure that will be required for a determination of the initial investment, establishing scenarios on the economic and financial viability of the project. Likewise, a legal framework is contemplated, this will allow the development of the activity under the national legislation of the country. It is emphasized that the development of the micro-enterprise implies the development of an organizational structure, among other details that will be evaluated during the development of the project.
