Resumen
Analiza las expresiones simbólicas del cuerpo en un grupo de mujeres diagnosticadas con fibromialgia, desde el psicoanálisis feminista. La elección metodológica fue el psicodrama, al abrir la posibilidad de indagar y trabajar las dinámicas intrapsíquicas e interpsíquicas, mediante la acción y el movimiento prestando escucha a la expresión corporal. La delimitación de las categorías de análisis fueron: evolución de la fibromialgia, aspectos biográficos e imagen corporal configurada en las expresiones simbólicas. Para efectos del estudio la selección de participantes se realizó con base a cuatro criterios, seleccionando a 10 mujeres. Asimismo, el trabajo se desarrolló en tres fases: Fase de acercamiento, Fase de conformación del grupo y Fase de recolección de datos. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo y se utilizó como instrumento la entrevista focalizada.
This article analyzes symbolic bodily expressions in a group of women diagnosed with fibromyalgia, using a feminist psychoanalysis approach. The methodological approach chosen was psychodrama, as it opens the door to exploring and working with intrapsychic and interpsychic dynamics through action and movement, listening to bodily expression. The categories of analysis were defined as: the evolution of fibromyalgia, biographical aspects, and body image shaped by symbolic expressions. For the purposes of the study, participants were selected based on four criteria, and 10 women were selected. The work was carried out in three phases: an approach phase, a group formation phase, and a data collection phase. The research had a qualitative approach and used focused interviews as an instrument
