This chapter raises the question: how can we develop a model for rural educational development in the North-North region that contributes to the socioeconomic and human well-being of populations linked to agricultural activities? Workshops and group meetings are held with the participation of academics, professionals knowledgeable about the issues, and farmers, among others. The expected model involves a combination of these two activities. The main result of this paper is the development of a territorial educational development model known as the Agroecological School, as a means of contributing to the human development of populations linked to the agricultural sector in the North-North territory. The structure of the paper is as follows: first, the context of the territory in which the Agroecological School is developed is explained. Second, a theoretical framework is defined that drives the creation of the Agroecological School. Third, the structure of the Agroecological School model is presented. Fourth, the effects and contributions of the Agroecological School to the development of the North-North territory are analyzed. Finally, some conclusions are drawn.
