Resumen
Esta obra presenta una guía pedagógica con enfoque humanista e intercultural, orientada a fomentar procesos educativos transformadores desde una perspectiva crítica, inclusiva y situada en los contextos latinoamericanos. La autora propone herramientas didácticas, reflexiones metodológicas y marcos teóricos que integran saberes ancestrales, derechos humanos, y pedagogía popular, destacando el papel de la educación en la construcción de sociedades más equitativas y respetuosas de la diversidad cultural. El texto está dirigido a docentes, educadores comunitarios y actores sociales comprometidos con la formación integral de las personas y la transformación social. La guía busca también fortalecer la identidad cultural, la conciencia ambiental y el pensamiento crítico en el marco de los desafíos del nuevo milenio.
This work presents a pedagogical guide with a humanistic and intercultural approach, aimed at promoting transformative educational processes from a critical, inclusive perspective situated in Latin American contexts. The author proposes teaching tools, methodological reflections, and theoretical frameworks that integrate ancestral knowledge, human rights, and popular pedagogy, highlighting the role of education in building more equitable societies that respect cultural diversity. The text is aimed at teachers, community educators, and social actors committed to the comprehensive training of individuals and social transformation. The guide also seeks to strengthen cultural identity, environmental awareness, and critical thinking in the context of the challenges of the new millennium.
