No obstante, sigue siendo una práctica poco explorada en las clases de matemática y que presenta dificultades para los profesores, ya que se requiere crear tareas y utilizar estrategias metodológicas adecuadas según este enfoque. Por tanto, en este trabajo brindamos una propuesta de tarea donde se estimula el planteamiento de un problema de modelización matemática, puede servir como ejemplo para ser llevada al aula. Al mismo tiempo, en concordancia con lo propuesto en los Programas de Estudio de Matemáticas del Ministerio de Educación Pública, permite acercar las matemáticas a los estudiantes, motivarlos y potenciar capacidades cognitivas superiores.The activity of inventing or posing mathematical problems is an integral part of the mathematical modeling process and is considered by some researchers to be of great importance in students' mathematical experience. However, it remains a little-explored practice in mathematics classes and presents difficulties for teachers, as it requires the creation of tasks and the use of methodological strategies appropriate to this approach. Therefore, in this paper, we offer a task proposal that encourages the posing of a mathematical modeling problem, which can serve as an example to be taken to the classroom.
