A partir de esto decidimos analizar si este tipo de declaraciones y discursos podrían ser catalogados como discursos de odio o llamados a la intolerancia y, por lo tanto, deberían limitarse y no ser tolerados, o si, por el contrario, dicha limitación se podría entender como una violación a la libertad de expresión.This article analyzes the speeches and statements made by members of the National Restoration Party, especially its candidate for president, during the 2018 electoral campaign in Costa Rica, on issues related to human rights, such as equal marriage, abortion, the so-called traditional family, among others.
