El método de investigación corresponde a uno de tipo sintético, el cual requirió integrar los componentes dispersos de un objeto de estudio para investigarlos en su totalidad utilizando una metodología estructurada y rigurosa. Dentro de este método fue conveniente determinar con claridad la cuestión y el objeto estudiado para adquirir el conocimiento que este expuso. También, requirió separar cuestiones no relacionadas con el objeto de estudio para evitar un traslape de conocimientos, empleando herramientas que permitieron analizar las situaciones más sencillas hasta las más complejas de un fenómeno en concreto mediante la experiencia y la observación.It proposes an Integrated Management System based on the INTE-ISO 9001: 2015 and INTE-ISO 22000: 2005 standards in a company that produces plastic packaging to improve its productivity. The research method corresponds to a synthetic type, which required integrating the dispersed components of an object of study to investigate them in their entirety using a structured and rigorous methodology. Within this method it was convenient to clearly determine the question and the object studied to acquire the knowledge that it exposed.
