Es necesario recordar que la Constitución Política no es un texto solo para ser memorizado, sino conocido, consultado y comprendido, de forma tal que podamos entender que, a pesar de que nació en 1949, sigue viva y evolucionando para responder a las necesidades que como sociedad enfrentamos día a día.The purpose of this text is to enable young people to easily understand the meaning of each article of our Constitution, so that the misconception of it being an old and distant document is clarified and it becomes clear that it is an ally in learning about and exercising the fundamental rights enjoyed by everyone in Costa Rica.
