Con el propósito de valorar la primera versión de la plataforma u-CSCL (Collazos, Moreno, Yandar, Vicari y Coto, 2013; Coto, Collazos y Mora, 2016; Coto, Mora, Moreno, Yandar y Collazos, 2015; Yandar et al., 2015), descrita también en los capítulos I, II y III de este libro, un grupo de profesores del posgrado en gestión de la tecnología de la información y comunicación de la Escuela de Informática de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica (ProGesTIC), diseñó la actividad de aprendizaje El conflicto asociado a la toma de decisiones de T.I. Esta actividad de aprendizaje colaborativa se desarrolló en la Maestría en Administración de Tecnología de Información (MATI), en el contexto de los cursos Liderazgo, destrezas efectivas y manejo de conflictos y Administración TI., que se imparten durante el primer trimestre del 2016. Ambos cursos son ofrecidos a los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso a la maestría y son definidos como cursos introductorios. La actividad fue liderada por el docente del curso Liderazgo, destrezas efectivas y manejo de conflictos y participaron como colaboradores tres docentes más, uno de ellos en carácter de asesor sobre el uso de la plataforma. El grupo de veinte estudiantes que participó en la actividad pertenece a la promoción XXXII de la MATI. En este capítulo se presentan los resultados obtenidos, tanto desde la perspectiva docente como estudiantil.Abstract. In order to evaluate the first version of the u-CSCL platform (Collazos, Moreno, Yandar, Vicari, and Coto, 2013; Coto, Collazos, and Mora, 2016; Coto, Mora, Moreno, Yandar, and Collazos, 2015; Yandar et al., 2015), also described in chapters I, II, and III of this book, a group of professors from the graduate program in information and communication technology management at the School of Computer Science of the National University of Costa Rica (ProGesTIC) designed the learning activity Conflict associated with IT decision-making. This collaborative learning activity was developed in the Master's Degree in Information Technology Management (MATI), in the context of the courses Leadership, Effective Skills and Conflict Management and IT Management, which were taught during the first quarter of 2016. Both courses are offered to new students entering the master's program and are defined as introductory courses. The activity was led by the instructor of the Leadership, Effective Skills, and Conflict Management course, with three other instructors participating as collaborators, one of whom served as an advisor on the use of the platform. The group of twenty students who participated in the activity belongs to the 32nd class of the MATI program.
