Se toma en cuenta, las territorialidades y la cohesión social como categorías analíticas que permiten analizar las percepciones juveniles y se inscribe en procesos de investigación y extensión del proyecto “Perspectiva interseccional del territorio costero de Lepanto desde la educación comunitaria, la participación social y el fortalecimiento de las capacidades locales”, de la Escuela de Sociología de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. El objetivo principal de la ponencia es sistematizar los aportes, experiencias y percepciones de las personas jóvenes en Lepanto, que permiten comprender las territorialidades y la cohesión social como categorías analíticas desde la Sociología.This paper is part of the axis of youth, childhood and politics, insofar as it recovers the perceptions of young people in the town of Lepanto in the province of Puntarenas-Costa Rica, derived from an investigative process in execution during the year 2021. Territorialities and social cohesion are taken into account as analytical categories that allow the analysis of youth perceptions and is part of processes of research and extension of the project “Intersectional perspective of the coastal territory of Lepanto from community education, social participation and the strengthening of local capacities”, of the School of Sociology of the National University of Costa Rica.
