Se aplicaron tres metodologías principales: bioensayo con peces, medición de biomarcadores bioquímicos y la medición de biomarcadores histopatológicos. El estudio concluye que la mezcla de plaguicidas genera alteraciones bioquímicas e histopatológicas detectables incluso a concentraciones subletales, lo que resalta su potencial efecto adverso en organismos acuáticos nativos.The study aims to evaluate the early and subchronic toxic effects in native fish (Parachromis dovii) exposed to a mixture of pesticides: chlorpyrifos (CPF) and difenoconazole (DFZ). Three main methodologies were applied: fish bioassay, biochemical biomarker measurement and histopathological biomarker measurement.
