Utiliza como herramientas y técnicas el cuestionario y la entrevista.It designs a traceability system for pork meat applicable to production, suggesting effective measures in the mobilization and transportation of pork at the national level. It is a qualitative research, conducted in two outlets where pork meat is supplied to the consumer, one was a supermarket in the Central Valley where there are refrigeration and quality control systems, the other was a butcher's shop located in one of the markets of the Central Valley.
