El estudio tuvo como objetivo diseñar e implementar un entorno virtual basado en el modelo de aula invertida para fortalecer los procesos de orientación vocacional en seis estudiantes de décimo año del Liceo Veracruz. Desde un enfoque cualitativo y de Investigación-Acción Participativa, se aplicaron entrevistas, grupos focales y observaciones. Los resultados mostraron que el entorno virtual amplió el tiempo de exploración vocacional, favoreció la autonomía y promovió la clarificación de intereses profesionales. El modelo TPACK permitió integrar recursos tecnológicos y pedagógicos que enriquecieron la mediación orientadora. En conjunto, la experiencia evidenció la viabilidad del aula invertida como alternativa innovadora para mejorar la orientación vocacional en contextos educativos costarricenses.Abstract. The study aimed to design and implement a virtual environment based on the flipped classroom model to strengthen vocational guidance processes among six tenth-grade students at Liceo Veracruz. Using a qualitative Participatory Action Research approach, interviews, focus groups, and observations were conducted. Results showed that the virtual environment expanded vocational exploration time, enhanced autonomy, and fostered greater clarity in career choices. The TPACK framework enabled the integration of technological and pedagogical resources that enriched the guidance process.
