el actuar de Costa Rica en esta organización, incluyendo fortalezas y debilidades;
Changes in the International System oblige States to seek various
mechanisms that allow them to adapt to new contexts. That is why these countries
they must prioritize their actions, as well as join in coalitions or participate through
of cooperation; mainly, in those meetings that have a large number of
participants. Such is the case of the World Trade Organization (hereinafter WTO) in
which countries have developed strategies to speed up and obtain better results
during the negotiation of commercial agreements.
Therefore, through complex interdependence and game theory, it is analyzed
Costa Rica's actions in this organization, including strengths and weaknesses;
emphasizing the results obtained in negotiations when participating in a coalition, therefore,
Due to the nature of the WTO, the creation of alliances has become an axis
fundamental in each round of negotiation.
