Estudio situacional y formulación de un plan de negocios para la microempresa Roygas, localizada en Daniel Flores, Pérez Zeledón

Abstract

El presente documento corresponde a un Plan de Negocios el cual desarrolla el estudio interno y externo de la microempresa ROYGAS, brindando lineamientos a seguir para lograr una gestión administrativa adecuada. Esta investigación realiza un diagnóstico de la situación administrativa, donde algunos factores de estudio a nivel interno son: características de la microempresa, percepción de los clientes, controles internos existentes, y en lo referente a lo externo están: los aspectos políticos, sociales, económicos y tecnológicos que afectan directa o indirectamente las gestiones administrativas y comerciales de la microempresa. Mediante la investigación realizada se permite diagnosticar el nivel de ineficiencia administrativa existente en la microempresa y como ésta delimita el buen desarrollo microempresarial. Esta investigación es de gran importancia para otros microempresarios que trabajan de forma empírica ya que brinda una guía, el estudio ofrece un aporte para futuros trabajos relacionados con planes de negocios microempresariales o de gestión administrativa. El presente trabajo consta en la primera parte del planteamiento del problema, la justificación, los objetivos, conceptualización de las variables. Un segundo capítulo enfocado en el marco de referencia de la investigación; en la tercera parte se analiza conceptos importantes para conocer y limitar los parámetros a seguir en la investigación; posteriormente, en el capítulo cuatro se realiza el análisis de los datos o resultados de la investigación y por último en el capítulo cinco se realiza el plan de negocios para la microempresa ROYGAS.

This document corresponds to a Business Plan which develops the internal and external study of the ROYGAS microenterprise, providing guidelines to follow to achieve an adequate administrative management. This research carries out a diagnosis of the administrative situation, where some factors of study at an internal level are: characteristics of the microenterprise, client perception, existing internal controls, and with respect to the external aspects are: the political, social, economic and technological aspects that directly or indirectly affect the administrative and commercial management of the microenterprise. Through the research carried out, it is possible to diagnose the level of administrative inefficiency existing in the microenterprise and how this defines good microenterprise development. This research is of great importance for other microentrepreneurs who work in an empirical way because it provides a guide, the study offers a contribution for future work related to microenterprise business plans or administrative management. This work consists of the first part of the problem, the justification, the objectives, and the conceptualization of the variables. The second chapter focuses on the reference framework of the research; in the third part, important concepts are analyzed in order to know and limit the parameters to be followed in the research; subsequently, in chapter four the data or results of the research are analyzed and finally in chapter five the business plan for the ROYGAS microenterprise is made.
