Abstract

He insistido en mis redes y ponencias públicas durante los últimos dos meses en este tema, “la economía costarricense no está quebrada, está cerrada”, el Estado y sus instituciones han tenido que hacerle frente a la pandemia con un fuerte componente de riesgo y utilizando sus recursos de forma honesta y con la mayor solidaridad. La CCSS ha hecho esfuerzos grandes para afrontar los riesgos sanitarios, las empresas de agua, energía y los bancos públicos se han esforzado por aportar en los distintos espacios posibles.

I have insisted on my networks and public presentations during the last two months on this topic, "the Costa Rican economy is not bankrupt, it is closed", the State and its institutions have had to face the pandemic with a strong risk component and using your resources honestly and with the greatest solidarity. The CCSS has made great efforts to face health risks, water companies, energy companies and public banks have made an effort to contribute in the different possible spaces.
