Abstract

Empezamos el año 2019 con la esperanza de hacer realidad los deseos y propósitos personales, laborales y del país. Todos estamos una vez más comprometidos con mejorar, con hacer realidad las cosas que hemos venido soñando y que por uno y otro motivo no hemos logrado.
