dc.description.abstractEl derrocamiento del régimen talibán en el año 2001 como consecuencia de la ofensiva de EEUU, abre una nueva página en la historia de Afganistán. Sin embargo, el camino por el cual se enrumbó la nación asiática suponía una serie de retos que amenazan la creación de un estado nación en Afganistán. Esta es la realidad de Afganistán post régimen talibán; una nación que lucha por alcanzar paz y estabilidad, tras décadas de violencia y conflicto. El nuevo modelo de estado, que surge en la agenda de la política exterior de EEUU, implica para el gobierno afgano, un camino con obstáculos para la consecución de ese fin. Este documento concluye que la construcción de un estado nación en Afganistán a la luz de los nuevos condicionamientos internacionales, requiere de un compromiso firme de la Comunidad Internacional.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe overthrow of the Taliban regime in 2001 as a consequence of the US offensive opens a new page in the history of Afghanistan. However, the path by which the Asian nation posed a series of challenges that threatened the creation of a nation state in Afghanistan. This is the reality of post-Taliban Afghanistan; a nation that struggle to achieve peace and stability, after decades of violence and conflict. The new state model, which emerges on the agenda of the US foreign policy, implies for the Afghan government, a path with obstacles to achieving that end. This document concludes that the construction of a nation state in Afghanistan in the light of the new international conditions, it requires a firm commitment from the International Community.
